Reach Marketing LLC, doing business as Reach Marketing Pro ("Reach Marketing Pro", "we", "us", or "our"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through reachmarketingpro.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at hello@reachmarketingpro.com.
1.Who we are
Reach Marketing LLC8548 Eckley St, Littleton, CO 80125, USAhello@reachmarketingpro.com720-590-81912.Information we collect
Information you provide
When you contact us. Our contact form collects your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), business name (optional), website (optional), the type of help you're looking for, and your message.
When you request an Authority Scorecard. Our scorecard form collects your website domain, business name, business email address, industry, and optionally your location and average sale value. We use this to generate an automated report about your website's search visibility.
When you email or call us. We keep a record of correspondence you send us so we can respond and follow up.
In each case we also record that you agreed to be contacted, and when.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and advertising providers may automatically collect:
- Your IP address, general location (city/region level), and device type
- Browser type and operating system
- Pages you viewed, how long you spent, and the links you clicked
- The website or advertisement that referred you
This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
Information from third parties
When you request an Authority Scorecard, our reporting system gathers publicly available information about the website domain you submit — such as search visibility data, page performance, and publicly listed business information. This is information about a *website*, not about you personally.
3.How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for
- Generate and deliver your Authority Scorecard report
- Contact you about your report, our services, or a consultation you requested
- Send marketing communications, where you have agreed to receive them
- Understand how people find and use the Site, so we can improve it
- Show you relevant advertising on other platforms (see Section 4)
- Detect and prevent spam, fraud, and misuse of our forms
- Meet our legal and record-keeping obligations
4.Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the Site to work; others help us understand usage or deliver advertising.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the Site — which pages are viewed, how people arrive, and where they leave. This data is aggregated and used to improve the Site.
Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real visitors from automated traffic. When you submit a form, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical information about your browser in order to make that check. Cloudflare acts as our service provider for this purpose.
Advertising and remarketing. We use advertising technologies from Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok. These may place cookies that allow us to show you advertisements for Reach Marketing Pro after you leave the Site, and to measure whether those advertisements are effective.
Advertising and measurement tags. These technologies include the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which are loaded through Google Tag Manager. They record that a browser visited a page or completed a form on the Site, so that we can measure how our advertising performs. We do not send your name, email address or telephone number to these tools.
Your choices. You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them — though some parts of the Site may not work as intended if you do. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising directly:
- Google Ads: adssettings.google.com
- Meta: through your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences
- LinkedIn: through your LinkedIn advertising settings
- TikTok: through your TikTok privacy settings
- Industry-wide: optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org
Most browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" setting. There is currently no consistent industry standard for responding to these signals, so the Site does not respond to them differently.
5.Embedded content from other websites
Some pages include content served by other companies, which may collect information about your visit:
- Google Maps — our contact page includes an embedded map
- Google Fonts — used for typography across the Site
These providers have their own privacy policies, which govern how they handle information they collect.
6.How we share information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only in these circumstances:
Service providers. We use third-party companies to operate our business — including our customer relationship and marketing platform, our website hosting provider, our email provider, and the reporting system that generates Authority Scorecards. These providers may process your information on our behalf and are only permitted to use it to provide services to us.
Advertising platforms. As described in Section 4, advertising providers may receive information about your visit through cookies so we can measure and target our advertising.
Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business transfers. If Reach Marketing Pro is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
7.How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy — including responding to your enquiry, providing services, and meeting our legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
8.Your choices
Marketing emails. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at hello@reachmarketingpro.com and we will remove you.
Access and deletion. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@reachmarketingpro.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies and advertising. See Section 4.
9.Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, including transmitting our forms over encrypted connections and limiting access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10.Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11.Links to other websites
The Site contains links to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
12.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
